How to adapt the society 5.0 and its development including learning and developing some essential entrepreneur skill?
Society 5.0 at first glance may appear more difficult and challenging, and naturally follow in sequence from Industry 4.0. (Guarda, 2023) In order to adapt and keep abreast with the current situation, ones should cultivate fundamental entrepreneurial skill followed by the core of society 5.0 vision. Society 5.0 is a creative and super smart society; ones must have problem solving and ability to create value. With this foundation, identifying urgent societal issue will become the next step, with a focus on leveraging technology as a solution driver. An important aspect of this journey involves nurturing an entrepreneurial mindset characterized by creativity, resilience, and a readiness to take risks. Lifelong learning becomes imperative, as entrepreneurs must make sure their knowledge of emerging technologies and societal trends remain relevant. Collaboration and networking play crucial roles, facilitating the exchange of ideas and fostering partnerships for impactful challenges. Embracing experimentation, while being adaptable and flexible, allows for iterative approaches to problem-solving. In essence, maintaining a focus on sustainability and measuring impact ensures that entrepreneurial efforts contribute meaningfully to societal advancement within the transformative of Society 5.0.
